about this site

In this blog, I write about the things I've made, the know-how I've learned from them, and the tools that come in handy for crafting.

I am not a expert, nor do I have great knowledge or skills, but I have always loved making things since I was a child, and I have always made things.

Since the spread of the Internet, making things has become much more fun. This is because materials, parts, tools, knowledge and know-how that used to be difficult to obtain for amateurs are now readily available through search engines and online shopping. Also, the advent of Tokyu Hands and 100-yen shops has been a big factor.

The genres are woodworking, electronics, 3D printing, programming, sewing, etc. The more I make, the more genres I have to choose from.

Most of my crafts are to enrich my other hobbies and make my life more convenient. For example, I've made stands for musical instruments, language practice tools, automating routine computer work, and improving the kitchen and bathroom environment.

Basically, I make what I want, but sometimes I modify what I buy or simply because I want to make it.

I often make mistakes that are not supposed to be like this. But it's nice when I can make something that fits my own niche needs.I get a lot of information from other people's blogs, so I hope the information I publish here will be useful to someone else.
